이용약관

최종 업데이트: (後日追記)

By registering on Legendary Cel Auction (legendarycel.com) you agree to these terms. Operator: (後日追記).

1. Accounts

  • One account per person. The legal name, delivery address and telephone number must be true and current; a won item is sent to them.
  • The legal name and email address cannot be changed after registration. The display name can.
  • Every account begins as a buyer. Selling is enabled on request.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Bidding

  • A bid is binding. If you hold the highest bid when an auction closes, and any reserve is met, you have bought the item.
  • Bidding is by proxy: you enter a maximum and the site bids on your behalf up to it, in the published increments.
  • An auction starts at its first bid and runs for the listed duration. A bid in the final five minutes moves the close five minutes later.
  • Only the highest bidder may lower their own maximum, and not below the runner-up's maximum plus one increment.
  • A bid at or above a Buy-It-Now price ends the auction immediately at that price.
  • We may reject or cancel a bid, and suspend an account, where we judge the auction is being interfered with. (後日追記:判断基準と異議申し立ての方法)

3. Participation deposits

  • Some listings require a deposit before bidding. It is a fixed amount per listing, paid once.
  • If you win, it is applied to what you owe.
  • If you do not win, it is refunded. Transfer and payment-processor fees are deducted; exchange-rate movement is not compensated.
  • A deposit is forfeited if the winner cancels, misses the payment deadline, or interferes with an auction. (後日追記:最終文言と判断主体)

4. Payment

  • Payment is due within three days of the auction closing. The deadline appears in your "you won" mail and on the payment page.
  • Past the deadline an unpaid order is cancelled, and any deposit is forfeited.
  • Accepted methods are shown on each listing. Processing markups, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are settled per seller: winning from three sellers means three payments.

5. Shipping

  • Prepaid listings: shipping is calculated from the parcel size and your address, and added to the invoice.
  • Freight-collect listings: you pay the carrier on delivery. This applies to addresses in Japan only — an overseas destination is quoted and charged as usual.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's, wherever they arise.

6. Listings and sellers

  • A seller warrants that they own what they list and may lawfully sell it, and that the description and photographs are accurate.
  • Counterfeits, reproductions passed off as originals, and anything unlawful are prohibited and will be removed.
  • Photographs uploaded to a listing may be displayed, watermarked and resized by the site for that purpose.
  • A seller must ship promptly once payment is confirmed, and mark the order shipped.

7. The site's role

Except where the operator is itself the seller, this site is the venue for a sale between a buyer and a seller and is not a party to it. (後日追記:保証・免責・ 紛争解決の範囲)

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Bidding on your own listings, or arranging for others to.
  • Bidding with no intention of paying.
  • Taking a transaction off the site to avoid its rules.
  • Automated access beyond ordinary browsing, and any attempt to interfere with the site.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Obligations already incurred — payment for a won item above all — survive suspension.

10. Governing law

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
